[quote="Phinea Rogue" --> it would be funny if those DEs we know only the last names of were female. In my language we distinguish male and female surnames (eg. Black for a man, but Blackova, for a woman) and they all have a male surname, so it would be a bit of a shock to the translator...[/quote]
Wow, I'm impressed! Though in my language we too, we have 2 genders, I haven't thought about it yet

. Reasons:
1) Our translator isn't as lucide as you.
2) Voldie makes Death Eaters obey any order and blind obedience to senseless orders is more a male characteristics. I don't want to offend anyone but I heard this statement in a documentary.
Well, before considering other female DE, I thought Bella was very special just because she was unique woman among the DE. 8)
I don't like her madness - Azkaban has affected her self-control but not her wizarding skills
I think she makes strong impression 8) , before OoP was out I was re-reading GoF - pages describing her trial and she was occupating my mind ...
Bella is deffinitely sth. special and Voldie is aware of that. He wouldn't have saved her otherwise. Look, he left all the (supposingly) male Death Eaters ink the Ministry because they weren't useful for him at the moment. I wonder what powers are hidden in Bella ???
To all Neville's supporters: I don't think Neville deserves ill parents and pain she caused him but Bella still fascinates me!
