I only know they are filming GoF from April '04 but didn't know when they will release it. Hard to think it will be that close...well...although the time taken for PoA and GoF release is abt the same (1 and 1/2 year) but the year Nov 2002 - Jun 2004 and Jun 2004 - Nov 2005 seems a lot different eh

yeah... not to mention, they hit a few snags, when Richard Harris died, and then the Hogwarts Express had some pretty bad vandalizm...

Todd got that information off of ign.com, I think, but I'm not positive... and I keep forgetting to ask...

:welcome: welcome to broomsticks and owls, gany!

from what I've read and heard, the GoF movie is set to be around 2 1/2 hours. I'm sure you'll probably have already read it in another thread here, but the Dursleys have been cut out entirely, and it's likely the Quidditch Cup will be a LOT shorter than it is in the book.

Hopefully SPEW will be toned down considerably. I'm sure it needs to be in to tie in with future books but hopefully it will be little more than passing reference.

Just re-reading the book now, trying to see what might be cut. Its going to be tough. I'm glad I don't have Steve Kloves' job!
