NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!That's so stupid! And I can't belive Harry is going to survive!I mean don't get me wrong I love HP to read it and everything, but it would become boring if she would write thousands of books about him!

From what I read in the news yesterday, is that JKR was asked if there would be more than seven books. JKR replied with a no, but also said everytime she promises something like that she always breaks it. It wasn't clear either way, you know?

I didn't know the exact interview content so I don't really know what is going on...but the possibility of having a continuation is higher now, isn't it?
Oooooh evil evil evil...I can't believe we have to wait for the release of book 7 and then...if book 8 really comes out...I will be soooo old

i really do hope their is an 8th book because...well jkr has written some great harry potter books and i don't think she would let them slide and become boring. i think a whole book on a different charechters adventure/life would be better than another one on harry (after the 7th book) someone like sirius or dumbledore

yeah a spin-off sounds good! i would prefer a hermoine based spin off though!
i know its kinda ripping off Hp but it worked well with Angel (spin-off of Buffy). i actually prefer angel, so....who knows!

Or a Fred and George spin-off? It would be cool to know more about their adventures before Harry got to hogwarts.

I would like not another HP story, but spin offs similar to the small Comic Relief books JKR wrote a few years ago.

YEAH!!! That would be soo great! I remeber that she mentions books like 'A Muggle Philosophy' or something similar... It would be so great if she actually wrote those books... (Hogwarts, a History.... Man, I'd love that!!!)

'A Muggle Philosophy' ? Is it like a textbook about Muggle philosophers?

Nope... I was just saying it with memory... The 'book' I was referring to is called:
The philosophy of the [word I don't know how to translate]: why do Muggles prefer not to know , by Mordicus Egg
