I'd liked the idea of some kind of vote originally but it got a luke-warm reception in the original discussions. However, I'm open to change things if it's preferred. I know - we could do a vote about a vote (er, if that makes sense!). I'll open a poll to see if voting on the Head Boy and Girl is preferred, or if a quiz is preferred or some combination of the two.

Sorry this is a double-post of what I wrote in the <a href="http://broomsticksandowls.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=443" target="_blank">How should the Head Boy and Head Girl be appointed?</a> thread but I figured I'd better post here too.

The vote regarding new Head Girl and Boy selections is currently going the way of "A vote to choose a number of qualifiers, then a quiz to select from these qualifiers". Therefore, anyone who wishes to put themselves forward or to put anyone else forward, please PM me and I'll get a poll set up. Depending on the number of people in the poll, the top few will then go through to the quiz round for final selection of Head Girl and Boy.

At the moment The Rabid Chocobo is the Head Boy and Gabrielle is the Head Girl. Seeing as they've had the places for well over a year now, it's certainly a good time to choose a new Head Boy and Head Girl. If anyone is interested either place, please either post here or PM me and I'll arrange for a poll to be set up.

Yes, you can nominate anyone, as long as they agree to being nominated. More than one nomination would be fine - I think it's probably best to have a maximum though, so maybe we could say that one person can only nominate a maximum of 4 others?

Thanks for putting your name forward Gower. At the moment you're the only one so you're in the running for both Head Boy and Head Girl.

Quick - someone put their name forward or nominate someone for Head Girl and save Gower from having to be both! :-)
