
Harry to Dumbledore: "(Voldemort) could touch me without hurting himself"... For a fleeting instant, Harry thought he saw a gleam of something like triumph in Dumbledore's eyes.
An excerpt from the Goblet of Fire. Could someone enlighten me on what this could mean? Or better yet, tell to me how there is nothing unusual about Harry's observations. I'd hate to finish part four with this edginess constantly kicking at me.
Btw, does anyone find Voldemort's explanation to how Harry overcame him as a baby (Lily Potter using 'Old Magic'... 'sacrificing' herself) a bit too shallow? Not really what I had anticipated from Rowling, she usually write's so good...
