Umbridge: Huffelpuff (rather loyal than cunning)
Lockhart: Slytherin (certainly cunning and ambitious)

Interesting choice for Bagman... Hefflepuff :grin: but on a slightly serious note... why Gryfindor for Quirrel?

I dunno...he just seemed to me like one...do we know how exactly he got in contact with LV? I think he had some moment where he fought against LV possessing his body.

Crouch Sr. - 4th book. Father of fake Moody (Crouch Junior). Winky's ex master
Ludo Bagman - 4th book. Ex quidditch player. Likes to bet. Tried to help Harry with his Threewizard Cup.

Fudge: Ravenclaw- Fudge may not be very brave or righteous, but we can at least give him that he's intelligent.
Umbridge: Slytherin- for obvious reasons :grin:
Lockhart: Ravenclaw- same reasons as fudge
Quirrill: Hufflepuff- not very cunning, definately loyal
Moody: Gryffindor- he is brave, after all
Tonks: Gryffindor
Shacklebolt: Gryffindor
Mundungus Fletcher: Hufflepuff- not always very smart, but certainly loyal
