Help Me With Menus!

Does anyone know how to do drop-down menus? This is for work, I've been assigned to make their web site... almost done, excpet for the drop-down menus!

Do you know what I mean? Say I was doing a Harry Potter site and one of the topics was "Actors". Then when you roll your cursor over Actors a little menu appears next to it and lists the actors. Please help! I have to get this done for my boss.

There are different java scripts for menus here, for drop down ones as well... Hope it helps.
