But Harry has power the dark lord does not. Love. It remains to me be seen how this power will ultimately defeat Voldemort, but it will. His love for Sirius kicked Voldemort out of his attempt to possess him. The love sacrifice his mother gave to him gave him power to defeat Quirrel in book 1.
Ultimately, it might take a tremendous sacrifice of the death of Harry's loved ones, but it will give him the power to finally defeat him. Not with hate or vengence. But with love for the one who have his (or her) life so that Harry could defeat him. Maybe it's Mrs. Weasley. Harry isn't her son, but she loves him as one. And Harry has never cared that the Weasley's were poor. It's a contrast between his muggle world (where he has no friends or money) and his wizard world (where he is famous and rich).
It's also a contrast between himself and Malfoy. Draco has money, but is selfish and greedy with it, using it to try to buy a winning Quidditch team. Harry, on the other hand, bought his friends thoughtful gifts (omnicoulars) and always felt guilty the Weasley's (or the Diggories) wouldn't accept his gift of money. Harry never felt right about winning the triwizard tournament, and finally gave away his winnings to Fred and George to help them start a business they'd be great at. All he asked in return was for Fred and George to get Ron some new dress robes. And while Ron and Hermoine were shocked at what he did, Harry ultimately knows he was right. Molly and Arther still love and accept their sons, even if they didn't do what Molly wanted them to do. George and Fred did what THEY wanted to do. And after Percy; Molly might know that pushing her dreams on her children is wrong. Fred and George greeted the family at the station in the end. Percy didn't. And even if George and Fred didn't enter the ministry of magic, they still have ties to their family. What is ultimately good is that the Weasley twins are leading their own lives, but still respect their family. Percy is as well, but is not. And it's his fault. Arthur and Molly still reach out to him, but he rejects them.
And isn't not visiting your injured father in the hospital something bad? While there are some things not forgivable, what Percy did was inexcusable. He only wanted MoM power, not matter what the price. He's more like Lord Voldemort in that respect.
