Although the last bunch of post seems to be a bit off-topic, LoL, here are my major issues with the movie:
-The Dursleys' hair colors
-Harry's eye and hair color
-Am I the only one who envisioned Seamus' hair as being blond? I mean, J.K. says sandy-haired or whatever, and am I alone in interpreting that as blondness?
-The whole Norbert thing, plus Ron going into the forest...
-The centaur in the Forbidden Forest looked very fake, I think...you can totally tell that it's computer animated (whereas, for example, in tLoTR, the CGI blends in really well with the live action stuff)
-Dudley's friend Piers?
-No Hermione potions logic thing
-The whole changing staircase thing annoyed me, because in the book that is not how they end up in the room with Fluffy
-Although I thought that the Weasley twins were cast well, it kind of bothers me that they're tall and thin. They're supposed to be stockier...Oh, well, not a big deal...
-I would have agreed to a longer movie if this stuff was fixed and there were more classroom scenes, becuase those are fun

It sounds like I really didn't like the movie, but I did. I think the casting is good, especially Ron. He is just like I had imagined him. I thought that the movie was good, but these minor changes irritate me, especially since J.K. was working with the flimmakers and some of the mistakes are so easy to fix

I totally agree with bewitchin. Harry's eye's and hair colour bothered me so much though. I'm still upset about that. Another thing that bothers me that they are not fixing in the 2cd movie is Hermione. She is pretty and her hair is nice. I imagined her hair as messed up and its all nice and I always thought she would be more of a nerd. Harry's hair was to nice too. And it was so horrible how they took out Hermione's potion thingie!!! That was her thing!! It was her moment of glory. A thing that I think will bother me in the future movies is that I have a feeling that Harry's voice is going to change way to soon and he's going to end up being taller than Ron. The twins were not what I expected at all. They were thin and I'm pretty sure it said they were stocky. I should stop now before I upset myself.

Sonkems right Harry's voice broke when they were filming the scene with Voldemort at the very end of the first film. Ron's voice has now broken and don't know when but it deffinatley has and I think he is taller than Harry now too.

I dislike how his scar was so...far over on his forehead when the book made it sound like it was close to the middle. Also, this is prolly just a picky lil thing but...did Harry act just a little melodramatic when the smoke spirt of Voldemort flew through him? x.o

And yes, Daniel Radcliffe is having raging hormones in the second movie. ^^;;; I listened to a trailer and was like 'HOLY cr*p! He sounds like an adult!' His voice is now way too deep.

I read in a Time For Kids magazine that they had to cut out the whole DEathday Party scene in the second movie. :eek:

I wanted to see that part!

Harry and Ron are just about the same hieght now. It looked like Ron was maybe about an inch taller than harry. And they did cut out the Death Day Party. I totall forgot about it until you mentioned it.I don't want to say anything about the movie though because some people may have not seen it.

The damn boy needed green eyes... does anyone know why he won't wear contacts?

Apart from that, I'm loving that for alot of the movie, the dialogue is taken straight from the book. Very cool.

Also, did anyone else imagine Phawkes being not quite so ugly?
