That would be cool, but I think DD really holds the book together sometimes in book 5 it's questionable. (sorry that was kinda a spoiler but it hadda be said) If Dumbuldore were evil though JKR might be giving the idea that you can trust no one. I believe there must be characters that you can trust. Just my opinion though.

I ask, because there is some conversation about DD being evil. But I also ask because the Dark Mark could be on several people we would not think of:)

Since the robes have long sleeves, I think we might have a revelation or two in store.

I still think DD is LV's great great great grandfather. When the two meet in the Atrium, DD did not attempt to kill LV. He really treated LV like a wayward son.

Revelations and Relations. It's all in the family. I think the whole thing is a family spat.

Colin, you may really be on to something. At least with the part that Sirius might come back from behind the veil. I don't think he'll become the next DADA-teacher, too many people just won't believe he's innocent (at least they won't believe on such short notice).

There's one thing though, why didn't Sirius come out of the Veil sooner? I mean, after a while all the fighting was somewhere else, and there were aurors apprehending the Death Eathers in the chamber. Oh wait, they might've killed him on the spot because they too don't know he's innocent.. Never mind :P !

I am rereading books 1 and 2 now. It's odd, but I never reread them. I am seeing things here that I forgot.

As DD talks to Harry while they are looking at the Mirror of Erised, DD says "I don't need an invisibility cloak to disappear".

He can turn invisible at a thought? That throws the old Bumblebee anamagus theory out the window.

Also: After Harry defeats LV, DD talks to him in the hospital room. DD says of Nicholas Flamel "To the highly ordered mind, death is just the next great adventure".

So what adventure is Sirius on now? Assuming he will not return? This could be BIG in book 7.

My mind boggles with pure Bog!

I have always interpreted this as such...

Both harry and Ron were so preoccupied with looking into the mirror, that they just didnt' see anything else in the room, ie DD standing in a back corner, not moving around or making any noise?

Like think about it inyouf life... have you ever walked into a room, and been cso completely focused on one item in it, that you haven't seen other things in that same room??? ;)

About the Sirius/Nicholas Flamell thing! very intersting thoughts!!!
