Hope you had a great birthday (it sounds like you had one :P)! Let's see if I can spot that great smiley :happy birthday: !!
You know, I have to wait 2 more years before I can start getting a driver's license. In The Netherlands one has to be 18 to get one : (

My birthday is 18th of january, and I turned 16 this year, which is the legal age to drink beer and wine here.

I second (or third :-) ) the motion to have an extra field in your profile in which you can fill in your birthday!

I want to learn it, because it can come in nice some times. You're much more mobile if you need to be. But as for being eager to get it, and counting down the days till I get 18, no way :P! I try to make as much use as possible from public transport (less polution that way).

Yeah, and we don't have to depend on anybody to take us where we wanna go. Believe me, when you wanna go somewhere badly none of them wanna take you. :-? That happens with my family.

Stupid sister and brother

I know how to drive but no driver license yet. Guess i'll have to take the bus this year.*shudders*

but...but....driving looks scary...all those road signs...and i always get extremely paranoid about getting lost when im travelling.....although i do happen to be the only one who can ever remember where we should be going when the family goes out in the car......hmm....no...too scary...i dont want to end up going splat like the boy in my big sister's year did....

I hate the bus. But I hate driving too  ! I'm a big ball of nerves when ever I get behind the wheel. The only reason I'm getting my license is because my friends and family are forcing me to. And I figure, if I hit something it's there fault  ! So Gecko, you have to be 18 to drive over there? I wish it was like that here in Michigan (I heard it was like that in New York, but I'm not sure), at least then I've have an excuse for be nearly 17 (20 days!) and not having a license!
