(Not sure if this is out of bounds or not, admins and mods, but if so please kill it)

I was wondering what other forums you guys like. A lot of times you get finished adding all your thoughts and no one has responded so you go looking around or do something else. That's how I found this place actually.

So, I thought it might be nice to see where else you guys like to spend your time. I have only one other forum I frequent at the moment. It's at guru3d.com and is mostly a techie forum. It's a great place to go if you are having PC problems as everyone there is pretty knowledgable and you'll always find someone willing to help out. They have a "pub" forum as well where you can just chat it up.

So that's mine ... so, what's yours?

I mostly muck around broadbandreports.com. It's another fairly techie site, with forums on just about everything you can think of.

I found this forum through a Google search after I finished OotP. I really liked it because it's not so huge that you get lost if you don't come and read all the messages once every half hour, but there are enough people to keep up lively discussions during the day. :) Not to mention, a lot of other HP forums were shut down or closed to new members because of the new book. Now that's just ridiculous! :???:

Heh.. I found this one the same way!

I like the size here too. I honestly got to this one first and just kindof stuck here. Seems silly other sites would lock out newbies.

I guess that's one way to keep from growing.

eh . . . I could've sworn that I started at thread just like this a few months ago, but I guess that was on another forum! ;)

The only other forums I go to are the ones on www.hatrack.com, Orson Scott Card's official website. I frequent the Virtual Battle School forum most often, though I do sometimes pop into the Hatrack River one.

Yah . . . the Ender's Game series is definitely good. Actually, though, I like his other books better. Enchantment and Treasure Box are both excellent!

Yeah, I should probably read them, too. I started reading Xenocide, but then put it on hiatus because of OotP. I read Ender's Game and Ender's Shadow, along with Speaker for the Dead, and all three were excellent.

Eh . . . Xenocide was my least favorite, actually. In my opinion, it's a waste of time and you don't need to read it . . . but maybe I just don't like it because I spent the whole morning reading it at camp when I should've been out and about with my friends . . . *shrug*

Anyways . . . back to the original topic . . .

I'm an admin on a forum for people from my school, and other people whom we know. www.strabrecht.tk (it's in dutch though!) It started as a joke for me and some friends, but now we've got so much people posting many posts, it's getting a bit too busy ! Too much bandwith usage, so we have to move it yet again : )
