Bernie Bott's Beans - is it new Version ?!?

After all of the Bernie Bott's Beans were sold out in local grocery stores - I haven't seen them for a while. THis past weekend I was able to get a bag after visiting Boston.

Frist of all, the bag is Blue instead of Red

Second of all, you know how all those nasty tasting beans were pretty rare, and most of the beans tasted good? Well, not anymore!!!!

Majority of the beans were either vomit or boogers or sardine, and so on. There was hardly any good flavors in them.

Was I just extremely unlucky - or did they change?!

well...erm...they are meant to be called bertie bott's every flavour beans...arent they?? was that a typing error or maybe you just have a bootleg version of them....

oh well...i dont eat those things anyway....i always thought the packets were blue though....but maybe you were just unlucky....lets experiment.....who shall we feed them to for the test??

i don't eat them, i don't like the nasty flavors in there, i just eat regular jelly beans where the only horrible one i liccorice

yea...i think their just a promotion stuff...i like jelly belly better...

I just got them once for the experience, *and mine were in a blue packet Mint?*

But I prefer the jelly belies way more!!!

lol, you know theres also Willy Wonka's every flavour beans as well....almost exactly the same as the harry potter ones right down to the nasty flavours like horse radish and cucumber...my sister tried them....although i dont remember them from the charlie and the chocolate factory book but maybe thats just cos i aint read it in a while.....but they are almost identicle.....came out at the same time as the harry potter ones too....

Littlelib sent off for some free samples of jellybelly beans and gave them my address so i got them. they arrived on the day of my driving test and i ate them all in bed at 5:45am becuase i was so nervous! They were very tasty, but i felt a bit sick afterwards, but then that could have been the nerves kicking in!

Hrmm, I dont' think that there were actually Every Flavour beans in the Willa Wonka books... I reckon they just starting producing them to catch in on the HP market for Bertie Bott's!

yeah but the willy wonka ones came about just before the harry potter ones in britain.....

i think they did remake the harry potter ones at one time, i remember suzy complaining that the bad flavours had got worse and more common.....

hrmm,I only tried them once, about 6mths ago I think.. and there were something like 10 flavours, 5 nice, 5 yucky, and after I tasted the yucky ones once, I just avioded that colour, and only ate the nice ones!!!
I remember tomato tasted really bad... *I hate tomatoes!*
