Alrighty - here we go with the answers and scores...

The answers to each question were:

1) What's the name of the broom Cho Chang uses?
Comet 260

2) What are the spells that Mr. Ollivander performs with Fleur and Krum's wands?
Fleur: Orchideus- a bunch of flowers comes out of her wand
Krum: Avis- a bunch of birds fly out of his wand

3) Who was the caretaker in Mrs. Weasley's day?
Apollyon Pringle

4) What is Madame Pince's first name?
Irma

Slytherin got all answers correct, so score the full 8 points.
Hufflepuff also had all 4 correct, and also score 8 points.
Gryffindor correctly answered question 1 and 4, but unfortunately only gave the names of the spells (and not the resulting outcomes)
for question 2 and an incorrect answer for question 3, therefore scoring 4 points for the correct answers but giving 4 points to Ravenclaw for the incorrect answers.

Therefore the overall running total house points currently stand at:

Slytherin: 59
Hufflepuff: 40
Gryffindor: 39
Ravenclaw: 10

Which means there has been a reversal in second place (Hufflepuff having overtaken Gryffindor) but slytherin are still out there in the lead.

There will be 2 points awarded per correct answer to a question. For question 2 you'll need to get both spells correct for the 2 points - for each spell youll need the phrase or word used for the spell and what happens.

Well usually the House who scores the most correct answers sets the next quiz. There were two houses scoring top answers this time though, so I'll let Ravenclaw (who set the quiz) choose between the two Houses. I'll set up a vote in Ravenclaw's Common room and collect the answers after about 5 days have passed (to give everyone in Ravenclaw who is active on the board a chance to vote).

Currently the quiz is just for fun and a bit of friendly competition between the Houses. The season or school year end date hasn't been decided upon yet - I guess an approprate time to announce the House Cup Winners may be some time during the summer maybe?
