There are actually people on the Harry Potter Fan Fic forums who write a lot more than I do in a day. One person has over 80,000 words on their NaNo already.

If you want to publish your stories online, I'd suggest Fiction Central It's associated with HarryPotterFanFiction.com, only it's for original fics instead of fan fics. But if you have any hopes of getting your original stories published one day, I'd advise against posting them online. Most publishers do not want to publish stories that have already been posted online.

I gave up again, but I got double what I had last time. I'm going to post my final score on the last day, hopefully I'll have it increased a bit more.

Here's to preparing for next year, hopefully over the year I will have finished this book, and will be able to begin White Eagle. Then, after White Eagle, I can do Blue Falcon 2.

I honestly don't think I'm going to make it, I'm only at about 15,300, and there's barely any time left. :-(

I hate to double post, but I've decided to lower my goal to 20,000. I can do another 5,000 this week, probably more. And it's more important to have the story be the way you want it than to have it be a certain length. I don't like filler. With this goal I won't have to do much more of it. :)

She is, Salem. She's one of my writing buddies. If you want, just look up my username (DuckyLupin) and you'll probably find her name under my list of writing buddies.

I'm so excited!!!!!! I've got my plot and I'm so ready to start!

I'm itching to get started. I've been writing all day in preparation, and I'm definitely ready to do this. I simply love writing books. I hope to break 50k! It would be great to brag about at school.

oh gosh I have cold feet. I'm totally unprepared! It takes years to write a decent book! Sigh... kill that inner editor! But it keeps getting up all zombie like! Typical of halloween.

I'm Ms. Elsewhere if anyone wants to add me. I feel so lonely!
