Meet everyone here in The Great Hall for general discussions. Here you'll find a friendly place to talk about all things under the magnificent magical ceiling...even stuff not connected with Harry Potter!
Oh, were you allowed to go to the sleepover after all? You must've been, because bacon is only cooked once a year at our house and this morning was not the day.
Up at noon again today. Tomorrow it'll be 7:30, ugh.
Ahhhh, Spring break... I love Spring Break. Spring Break for me starts a week after your guys' spring break. This morning, I slept in 'til ten. It was great.
mine does't start til after 4'30-5 for me because i have softball practice that starts at 3 so you guys are lucky i'll be worn out by the time mine srats and that is counting the stair which we have to do 10 of and that is four flights each all the way to the top and all the way to the bottom
So does spring break last for 2 weeks? Over here in Aus we've got a two week break for school holidays where we have Easter public holidays and our Anzac Day too. (kind of like Remembrance day but more specific for Australians) Still... good to have a teeny tiny break, no matter what. Thought I'd say, it's supposed to be winter over here.. but Perth is boiling! It's going to be 32C tommorrow! No rain for weeks... I live in a desert next to the ocean..... wow. Have a nice break everyone!
It's so odd hearing about Spring Break now, I get Spring Break in September/October! and I spent your Spring Break holidays and my April Holidays at Drama School!
Well, Spring Break is long over but now I'm done for the summer! Until my French class in a week, but I'm taking that at the local university, so I'll be home. And work starts next week, too.
It's holidays here at the moment, one more week to go then back to a busy busy busy term. Three Balls (kinda like the whole School Prom thing) to attend, two school productions, three music concerts.
I should be working now, but on Mondays I usually need more time to start :-) I can't say I hate Mondays though, especially in summer there are fewer urgent things to do. Wish you a pleasant week!
Monday's aren't that bad for me over Summer. I get up at around seven, go to work, then I spend the rest of the day goofing off with friends. Sadly though, I work at the local store, so I actually had to put out the back-to-school special supplies. It was torturous, selling the items that shorten my freedom. But other than that, Monday's are fun.
