From the sounds of things it's as though there'd be heaps of little mini-stories in those backgrounds too.

Is anyone else just a little bit disappointed that theoretically, if JKR doesn't write any more, there will only be one more hyped up exciting moment when you open book 7? I remember when the fifth book came out, and thinking wow there are two more! Yey! And now I guess I'm quite sad that there's only one more.

I really hope she writes some more. I will be so crippled when I get to the end of the 7th book and I will have read all there is.

Well, she says she's certain she will write more after Harry Potter. She's not sure, she might write adult books, or more children's books.

I'll be really interested to see if she stays on and writes fantasy. I honestly couldn't care less who the audience is, whether it's children or adults, but I'd love to know the genre.

JK is writing an encyclopedia of harry potter!! She announced it in a an interview!!! :grin:

Basically it will explain a lot of unaswered questions that peolpe have when they finish DA! I am deffo going to get encyclopedia! I have so many questions!!

i don't think that there should be a 8th book because that would be dragging the series out. the series ended awesome and she doesn't need to drag it on. i think she should let the fans continue the series if they want the way they want.
