Lol, I'm a girl too.
And not really. Harry Potter appeals to both genders, seeing as there is a lot of adventure. And the plot is AMAZING

True that, but considering the level of romance in the last few books; I'm seriously thinking people who are new to Harry Potter, are not reading it because they think it is boring.... All well, more Harry for me :razz:

But...big battle...and fire and spells and deaths...like...boring? No... not at all.

Not all girls read books for romance you know, I likes the shiny swords and fighty bits. Pretty men help too but I'd rather they stayed single so they fit in my own fantasies better so again better without romance.

Harry Potter has taken such a huge part in my life, and I knew all the characters long before I was interested in any sort of romance, which makes it strange to really think about the characters romantically. I love it because of all the action and humor, and just plain AWESOMENESS of the story.
