i think we should have Black Unicorn by Tanith Lee be the next book of the season. it's the first book of a trilogy (i think), and i think it's very good.

It could be a possible contender for a future choice. Seeing as The Deathly Hallows is released next month, should we maybe wait a few months until the next Book of the Season?

Interesting...looks like it could be good though reading the synopsis I can't help but wonder if the author is a Terry Brooks fan as he has a book called Black Unicorn and he also has a female character called the Tanequil in his other range of stories....probably if I read the book it would be different enough, probably just coincidences.

And we have another suggestion, the book we have been discussing in the Great Hall...
The Magic Lands
by Mark Hockley
If we do his book we should pm MJH when the discussions start so he can join in the discussions, could be fun to do one where the author actually participates.

Don't need to pm him yet we haven't even decided if its the next book or when we start the next book, hopefully not soon as I have no money at all for buying books right now.
