I know it's unlikly but, what if James wasn't dead and Remus had died?
Alright, they knew he was coming so they swiched body's and Remus died; having James, still haveing Lupins body!

All right here it is:

Book 1:
How did DD get the cloak?
How did Hagrid get the key to Harry's vault?

Book 3:
UNlike everyone else lupin never stared at Harry's scar, or mentioned his look alikes to James and Lily

Lupin seems to be able to read his mind

HP told Lupin about when the dementors come he hears his mum being killed, then Lupin " Made a motion to with his arm, as though to grip HP shoulder, but thought better of it."
There's no reson why he should stop himself.

Lupin dosen't want to get his fortune read, That could mean he dosen't want to risk exposer.

When HP says that the voice of his mother is stonger, Lupin looks paler than usual.
Then Harry says that he heard his father, and Lupin says You heard James? in a stange voice.

" I certainetly don't want Harry dead..." That's not just a teacher or friend saying that.

" Now that we could all transform..."
Shouldn't be, "Now that they could transform"?

Lupin has no dobt on what James would think.

No. He was just a best-friend. James left the cloak in Dumbledore's hands. James would never agree to switch bodies and put one of his best0friends in danger. How could they switch bodies?
Do you think that Harry's parents knew that it wasn't Sirius who betrayed them? Did Peter actually do that?

Look, I just got this out of a book, they had more evidence than that but I discided that that would be enough.

Its unlikely, but not impossible. Perhaps Lupin wanted to do it for Harry and James, James had Harry to live for and take care of. But Lupin was a bachelor and a werewolf, its not like his life was fantastic, he might of thought James' life more important than his own.
The whole Lupin and Tonks thing kindof rules out that theory for me though.
