Maybe they meant that people thought that Tom Marvolo Riddle is gone.

Yeah... Maybe the people in the village thought he was dead and put that stone grave for him... Oh wait...He was the son of a Gaunt...a wizarding familly, the people inthe village probably never heard of them... I mean pretended not to know... Well I do expect the movie to be full of mistakes... Probably the movie makers are not as dedicated to the book as we are....

"Mistakes" just makes me want to shout. This is a film, people. Some things just won't work on screen. The actors can't be exactly as you've pictured them, and sometimes clothes and stuff just can't be done! They are not mistakes, they are differences.
Literature and cinema are completely different things, and just because it doesn't follow the book word for word, does not mean it's wrong.

It says it in the posters themselves.
"Based on the book by JK Rowling".

I think they corrected the mistake on the gravestone for the film. That I give you was a mistake.

However continuity shots are the things that get me upset more than anything after all these people get paid a lot of money to get these things right. There are so many in PoA and you would have thought they'd have got these right.

That shot of Draco - yeah it was bit odd wasn't it! He looked like he actually wanted Harry to get the egg...

When I looked at it, Malfoy didn't look relieved.
I thought he looked disappointed that Harry and his broomstick didn't catch on fire.

I was disappointed that LV wasn't calm and collected like the book makes him out to be. And that Barty Jnr didn't do an explain it all bit at the end (it wasn't detailed enough in my eyes - e.g. how he escaped Azkaban!) It also seemed a bit strange that he didn't die like in the book.

I try not to look for little mistakes. There are too many. You have to just accept the fact that the movies won't be as good as the books.

But still, it would have helped to have 2 movies. And HQ, if you could please try not to post only one or two words that would be great.

I liked Voldemort though... his voice doesn't sound evil at all.
