Moody a Legilimens?

Who do you like best and who could you definately live without? Will there be romance in the air for any of them and who will end up with who?

Moody a Legilimens?

Postby Neilwolf » Friday 30 September 2005 12:29:50pm

Hey folks, :)

I was reading GOF the other day and am now reading
OOTP. A thought occurred to me. Mad-Eye Moody says he
"thinks like a Dark Wizard", so I am wondering. I would
think that a Dark Wizard would know Legilimency (how is
that pronounced anyway? Like "legitimate" or "ligament"?)
and Occlumency. Especially Voldemort. So, do you think
Moody knows either one or both? Thoughts?

I suppose legilimency and occlumency would be awfully useful for being an auror which Moody did used to be...quite possible you might have to learn it while training to be one I suppose...

Yeah but he was supposed to be pretending to be moody so he couldn't have said anything outrageously not real Moody like or Dumbledore would have noticed....

Plus there is real Moody in OOTP anyway so its a pretty good bet real moody also 'thinks like a dark wizard'

Even if he's not a legilimens, chances are he's learnt to shut out his mind to intruders anyway.
