Well when we first hear the title we should be puzzle by what it means or what it is.

I had no idea that the Order of the Phoenix was an organisation... I was thinking along the lines of Fawkes placing an order to get a a new perch because his old one had too much ash on it.

The Half Blood Prince: well people on this forum were guessing who it is but I didn't simply assume it was a charater. Could have been anything.

Chances are that JKR already has a title locked away and notorised soas to stop someone claiming they came up with it first on the net or somesuch. I remember some sci-fi shows had to scrap scripsbecause of such events.
