what about the secret keeper for the OotP?

Dumbledore was the Secret Keeper for the order.. and now he's dead. So does that mean that anybody can tell the whereabouts of the Headquarters of the OotP - or no one can? And how will they choose a new Secret Keeper?

Or will the OotP (and its secret headquarters) not have much of a part to play ahead in the book?

They probably had a successor in line after Dumbledore. Who that would be, I have no idea. Maybe McGonagoll?

if they have a successor, it'll be snape, because, assuming he still is a good guy, Voldemort wouldn't think to look right under his nose. And even if he did, Snape can shield his mind with the best of them, i assume.

Otherwise, my next guess would be sirius, seeing as it was his house.

I really don't think they have a successor though, i think now the owner is the secretkeeper, or anyone can find it.

I've got a thought... What if when the Secret Keeper dies, the place he's guarding sort of vanishes? Not really vanishes, but without him telling where he is, nobody would be able to get there...
