O.W.L.S.

Which one is your favorite so far. Are they getting even better as the characters develop over time?

Wait which one is higher Outstanding or Exceeds Expectations???

Anyway, I do belive that Harry will become an Auror. And I do belive that Snape will keep Harry in his class.

For example, if Snape still works for Voldie (cause u never know) - then he will want to keep a close eye on Harry. DD may also request Snape to keep Harry in his class.

PLUS, lol we need Snape and Harry to confront each other - or the book wont be the same. SO I think JKR will find a way to put Harry in Snape's class to add to the misery

When i got careers advice, i got the impression that jk had selectd the subjects needed to be an auror so that Harry would have to carry on the trademark lessons of the books, ie Potions, transfiguration etc. I think harry will get Os in all the subejects McGonagall mentioned. Even potions-remember how harry said he found the exam much easier than lessons as he didnt have snape watching over him.

Gypsy you have a great point...just because harry has always been "poor" at potions doesn't mean he is lacking in the potion brewing skills. I am pretty good at mathematics, but I always do worse when someone critical (or even someone who happens to be better than me) is watching me do my math excercises. I am sure that Harry will do well because Snape is finally not there to do him in so to speak. As for his astronomy lesson, they might through in a curb or a retake or something just because everyone was destracted by the happenings on the grounds. If they have any sense at all they would see that as testing interference and either exempt the test, take the scores out of the total amount of questions actually answered, or again through in a grading curb creating the highest score (no matter how low) a 10/10 and going down from there. As for his History and Divination OWL, mind you he always thought he did poorly on that one and he always seemed to scrape by. Plus he is Harry Potter and would probably get special treatment anyway by the examiners whether he likes it or not.

U know, its a great point about Potions. Snape is not the one to grade them! And the main reason why Harry did so poorely is because Snape was there. Cool, so he will definitlly do good on them, as he is got to be in Snape's class for the tention between them to grow.

Astronomy - I sure hope so......but who knows if they have a curb in there.

But History of Magic - how can he Possible pass that?!? There were no class distructions,....he barely answered like 2 questions - and those he could not remember. He was given a chance to retake the exam - but he didn't

Snape will not like it but harry will definatly get an O on potions, he has to continue to be an auror and it looks like that is where he is going, whether snape likes it or not. I also think that he will get an O or an E in Transfiguration. O in DADA, O or E in Charms, O or E in care of magical creatures, and low or moderate scores in divination, astronomy, and history of magic

this is what i think he'll get (he said he didn't do that bad in the exams....)

Charms: maybe an “O”
Transfiguration: I reckon “O” he’s pretty good
Herbology: “E” or “A”
Defence Against the Dark Arts: definitely an “O” :D
Potions: an “E” or “A” he needs it but he isn’t very good
Care of Magical Creatures: an “E” or “O”
Astronomy: theory: “A” Practical: “A”
Divination: an “A” r “E”
History: maybe an “A”

I think Harry will unexpectantly get an O in potions I think its something JK will just suddenly spring on us...
O for Defence
E for Charms and Transfiguration
A or E for Herbology
O for Care of Magical creatures
D in Divination, I think it will be funny if he fails and Ron passes hehe
D or A in History of Magic
A in Astronomy
Yeah I don't really know if they'll be right so yeah!!!

hahaha...that would be hysterical!

I agree with everyone who thinks HP will do well in his potions O.W.L. because it's not snape doing the scoring for the exam. HP is smart enough to know how to follow instructions so I bet he did well on his practical exam and the written may not have been outstanding but I'm sure he did pretty well on that. Plus, what a bore it would be if suddenly he was no longer in Snapes classes...JKR wouldn't do that to us

Actually I hope, that after book 7 there will be no need for him to become an auror anymore. How about being a teacher? He loves the school so much.

Carsten...I completely agree....and think it would be absolutely hysterical if HP became the DaDa teacher and Snape remains stuck in the Potions job. I love Snape and all, but this would just be so fitting.

Poor Snape! I hope he will make to the end of the series! But I am afraid he has some dark spots in his past, he will have to pay for.
