I saw a thread similar to this for book 5 as I cruised through the Great Hall, so I thought I'd start this one. If there's already one, and I missed it somehow, I'm sorry! Basically, I was curious if we could count all the way down from 1,000 before book 6 comes out July 16. Basically, list any and all things you'll be doing (HP and non-HP related) before the book comes out and feel free to post multiple times. Let's see if we can get down to "0"! I'll start:

1,000: Read and hang out at Starbucks with my friends who work there...and try my best to avoid the ice cream shop next door!

999: Finish writing the grant for work and finally turn it in. :eek:

Hope I get it! :grin:

998: Waste some more time watching Netflixed DVDs of Felicity and Gilmore Girls. :razz:

997: Read Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets again (after what has been a long time since I've read it!) and try to see how book 2 might relate to book 6. :-?

996: Enjoy the party I'm throwing on Saturday...whoo-hoo!

974: Spend time with my brother while he is in town.

972: ENJOY 48 hours (a.k.a. my weekend off!) from work!!!
