9046: Tell lelie, that after a few hours in school, and a few more at home, i found the problem. One of the wires was out of place, and after we fixed that problem, it would only give static. i took it apart to find that the battery had moved from its position, and the static was really just the wires picking up battery let off. I then found another wire messed up. its insulation was coming off and the wire itself was exposed and was ripping. I replaced that wire with another and held up the antennas. i got static (real this time) that was merely static, as the radio wouldnt pick up a real reception. I have to ground it, most likely ill try today to see if it works then.
