Nah. He's not evil. He's done many good, and though it can be difficult to see that through other things he's done, I think he is on the good side. And if Dumbledore trusts him...they I sure do.

naw, snape's not evil. he's harsh and all and doesn't like to appear anything besides insensitive, but he's not evil. as sonkem said, he wouldn't have done those things for harry, if he truly was evil.

He's not evil but by all means a true bred Slytherin — "using any means to achieve their ends" e.g. wanting revenge so badly, giving Sirius and Lupin to the dementors didn't leave Snape the least bit reluctant.

Or, maybe its just his style with the gals
I mean, Lupin's hardly the chick magnet, is he? :grin:

I guess onli Sirius could match Snape's prowness, right LS?! lol
