*A new kid walks onto the field, he's tall, about 6'5, he carries a Nimbus 2001 and a beater's club*

"hey guys, what's up, i just transfered here, i'm in Hufflepuff in 3rd year, i wanted to see the competition and get a feel for the stadium"

*i mount my broom broom and kicks off nonchalantly. i take my club and a ball i picked up off the ground. I fly to one end of the pitch and take the ball and knock it strait up about 100 ft. As the ball comes back down i swing my club and knock it whizzing to the other end of the pitch and through the hoop. I flip my club in the air and catch it and fly to elvenmist and ask who is the capatian of the Hufflepuff team, and if there is a spot for a highly skilled beater*

ah...pity theres no space left on the team or you'd make a brilliant captain....

ooc:cory/raveneye is the captain....currently there is no space but there talk of second teams.....trouble is we have a non active member as one of the chasers.....and there u r...an active member and theres no space for u...and u can actually play....oh well....

"that's cool, i'm a fair chaser as well if the non-active doesn't show up soon, watch"

*takes the quaffle and zooms to the opposite end of the field, circles the goal posts doing figure 8's around them, starts to head in the opposite direction and throws a no look shot under my arm and through the goal post*

"i'm muggle born, during the summer i play alot of basketball, it helps alot"

"i could take over for the inactive chaser, or we could start a new team and i could play beater, i'm highly skilled at both, should i go talk to a capitain about the chaser spot?"

*glares* some people just have to be perfect, don't they... *is extremely jealous*

*starts to cry* it's not FAIR!!!! i practice quiddich! it just never seems to do what i want it to do!!!!!

*flies to elvenmist*

"awwwww, it's ok, i just practice alot, and when i'm not at school and can't use a broom i still work on my skills, but hey even if i am good, i'm still not on the team and you are, so you have to have some skill. So, do you think i could replace that inactive, or will i have to settle with the scrub team"

:ahem: your currently paper thin captain is flying further away! if something isn't done there will be no captain left!

*flies to RavenEye, grabs him and carries him back to the ground, and using a potion that i carry when i play Quidditch just in case, gives it to him and it heals him*

"Hey, now that i saved you, what about that Chaser spot on the team that the inactive guy is in, can you boot him?"

well, lets see, we'll give the other chaser a couple days, and if he doesn't post by then, you can have the position.
