Thats true, there are a lot of Hollywood movies where the end of days is approaching and the US has to save the whole world, hehe,

My dad, always the joker, says that thats how you know that HP is fictional. "If it were true an American would come in at the end and save the day!" He says this of course with a huge grin on his face and just chuckles to himself. (what a dork)

I'm by no means a loyal, faint-and-scream kinda fan of his but Brad Pitt is gorgeous particularly in this kind of movie (when he beefs up a little) *grrrawrr wink*

Well, he ISN'T ugly. But he's not really my type, though I loved him in "Interview with a Vampire" and Achilles as a role suits him a lot.

I saw Garfield...just because he's myfavourite self-serving lazy fat cat that thinks like a human(of the many). But the whole idea of a 3d cat and real actors is domed  .But he danced realy cool to "Hey momma" by Black eyed peas :)

We saw Shrek 2 for our weekend movie. It was good - Puss in boots is so funny & cute. There was this woman in the audience who was making really obvious comments really loudly all through the movie - such as when shrek got out of bed at one point in the movie, she said "awhaw look at 'is daks! awhaw he's wearin' bedsocks!" and proceeded to say "you've gotta be jokin doncha?" throughout the entire movie. At first I thought it'd be really annoying, but it was actually really funny, my sister and I had tears of laughter running down our faces. I thought i'd have to leave the cinema because I was laughing so hard I couldn't breathe! The movie was good, but i guess we got to enjoy it on two levels (in a strange way).

I'm looking forward to seeing Mean Girls. It looks funny. My cousin is so excited about spiderman2, and i suppose i am too (sort of) but toby maguire really annoys me, with his receding chin.

Thats true. I want to see Garfield too since I am a big fan of the comics, but the idea of the 3d garfield is a little wieid, and odie dosent look stupid enough! (hehe). The thing that is really wierd is how Garfield's mouth moves :o which dosent happen in the cartoon or the comic. Anyways, I want to see it when i go to the US (its not out in brazil yet)

Ha Ha
My daughter Emily (4 yrs old) thinks that spiderman is the coolest and she wants to kiss him. She says so all the time so apparently Toby McGuire's chin doesn't bother her

I saw Spiderman2, too. I agree with ya Fred, Doc Oct didn't seem that evil. He was basically just some dude with extra arms that stole money for science experiments and threw cars thru windows in his spare time. :-? But I liked how he turned out [kinda] nice in the end. This movie was much better than the first Spiderman, if you ignore the stupid ending. :x

Oh, your daughter must be SO sweet  His chin doesn't bother me either, perhaps we could take turns kissing him

I saw Spider-Man 2 last Friday and Monday and it was very funny (funnier the second time, because I knew the story and could pay attention to the details). Now I want to read the book 'cause I loved the first one *peers into her wallet* maybe I'll just buy it, 80 or 90 Euros spent on books, where's the difference :o

Then I saw Shrek 2 almost two weeks ago and I'm going to see it again on Monday. Hilarious. I've got a Puss in boots computer wallpaper now, you know, those big, big eyes.

When I was in the US, I saw Spiderman 2 with my buddies. It was a good movie, however there was not a lot of action towards the middle of the movie, which sort of dissapointed me. I was looking foward to an action-packed movie, and dont get me wrong, it was a great movie with lots of action, but the movie sort of stopped in the middle. I cant wait until the next movie!!! I also saw Shrek 2 again, and man, Puss in Boots is THE BEST!!!
