ironic

Who do you like best and who could you definately live without? Will there be romance in the air for any of them and who will end up with who?

Sirius Black. The brightest star stopped shining in Ootp - it's black now.

Good noticing

well you know that 90% of our universe is made of dark matter that gives of no light nor reflects it...the only way that scientists find it it exists is for the fact that there is some great thing of mass creating huge gravitational pulls on the universe, to keep it from emploading in on itself...it is dark and black, no one can see it but it's presence changes a lot of things...kinda like how no one really ever saw Sirius (in life and now in death) but look how he has changed history

Wow!
How do you mean nobody ever saw him? if you mean how he was convicted of domething that he didn't do and all the wozarding world (including Lupin - his best friend) thought he is a murderer and a traitor - then I agree with you

nobody really saw Sirius's real self...they all assumed him a murderer and a traitor...and when people knew who he really was they couldn't say and he was kept into hiding...hiding in a dark house or a dark dog...yet, although he was unseen he impacted everyone's lives

That's a good point. I never thought about it like that (like I think much :-? ), but I certainly agree.

I can't explain it, but somehow I didn't like Sirius much before, but now... Maybe it's this forum doing it! Now I miss him awfully. Who's going to quarrel with Snape now? And Padfood isn't going to run around anymore! *sniff* And the saddest thing is, that he died while people thought him a murderer.

 Yeah, I know. It's not that I didn't like him before, it's just I dodn't... well he didn't miss me muvh and I didn't like him very much too (he liked what James was doing to Snape) but know I really understand how much he meant to Harry and that he changed (I know, I'm late woth my conclusions) - he sin't that kid from Snapes memory anymore and I think he was good now. I really do

He was actually getting on my nerves while reading OotP, and when he died, I was glad that it wasn't someone else. But now... I'm not sure what changed it, probably Harry's feelings as well as the fact, that he was innocent and yet most people think him a murderer. And I liked very much his relationship to Snape, how they could fight and hate each other, that was brilliant.

without Sirius

Postby Reverie Revenge » Sunday 2 May 2004 5:21:52pm

The Universe without Sirius is Black, right
Phinea & Female_alien, I share your feelings (Slavic power needs to stick together;) about Padfoot :( is't sad when he's not around anymore but me too, I was happy that it was not someone else :-?

Meg Boyd, cool theory! :D But it's even sadder because Sirius was an outgoing person, he didn't pretend, he wanted people to know his real self and it was impossible because he was a so-called ''murderer''.

You know, I'm kinda widow now? Though I openly disapprove of marriages, I have done a marriage test and Sirius Black was my ideal match - we both desire freedom, independence, liberty, disobedience, ... both very hot-tempered so we'd kill each other the first minute of the marriage

A philosophical conclusion: JKR tells us death is a part of life, no matter how it (life or death) sucks! And no matter how glorious it is (like in Cedric's case). Anyone agrees?
