Really, isn't there only one Headboy and one Headgirl?

Eeek - that's a point. OK, how about we change things a bit and allow a head boy or head girl for each house - I know it's not quite "correct" but just an idea.

Or...we could have an alternative where members vote for one head boy and one head girl every few months. This way Melody Granger could have the rank for, say, the first month, then there could be a vote (either a secret vote or a public one) on who has the rank for the next 6 months (or whatever period people think would be suitable).

A similar voting thing could be done for quidditch team places (maybe?)

What do people think?

I'll wait a couple of days for responses (or alternative suggestions) before I do any more rank adjustments

Yeah, I knew there was only one Head Boy and Girl in the whole school; it was just the way the title was phrased- it confused me.

Anyway, I'm not sure it would be fair to vote for Head Girl/Boy- simply because some people aren't as familiar with the boards, haven't been around as long, don't post as much as others, etc.

Also, we don't have to be [i:22ber7i7]totally[/i:22ber7i7] by the book here... do we? I mean, these boards are for us to enjoy and rivalry would simply destroy those feelings. I don't see why we can't change ranks to suit our own needs (IMHO).

Any other thoughts?

Maybe we shoul just rotate of people, say every month, (at least if they want to), that way, every one who wants to can be head boy/girl at least once. Just an idea.

I'm not saying this because i'm head girl but i think everyone who wants to be head girl/boy should be able to be and Paul i think you should be the minister of majic because that is the head which or wizard

P.S
how do you make a website

I think one per house is acceptable, but more is probably excessive.

I pretty much liked the idea of voting, but chrestomanci is also right saying that it could be not fair. I suggest that we can still vote but one person can't be the Headboy/girl for more than, say, 2 months.
