Favorite Character Out of All Five HP Books (spoilers)

I voted for Remus Lupin as my all-time fave! I love his relationship with Harry, the kind of teacher and person he is, and just his 'chemistry' with other characters besides Harry such as Sirius, the Gryffndors, and Professor Snape! He really made book 3 very enjoyable for me, and he seems to care about Harry so much. I like how calm, thoughtful, yet droll he is...he has such a sly sense of humour, which particularly comes out when he's dealing with Snape! Given what we learn about James and Sirius in book 5, I'm glad the Lupin wasn't a bully of any sort...and let's face it, the Maruader's Map rocked! Lupin's my fave, but there are so many great characters in this series...looking forward to seeing how *you* vote and why!

Hey Lizzy, I'm a new member here and I noticed that we have same opinions about characters and the books. My favourite character is Remus Lupin, too! And as if you 've noticed in other subjects the PoA is my favourite book.

I went for Snape, he's my most favourite, because he's so mysterious. I know he's not very nice, but there's just something in him, his character has depth. And then Hermione, she reminds me of my best friend.

I voted for the trio (Harry, Ron, Hermione). Lupin comes in a close second, but to me, nothing beats this trio as my favorite characters. There's something about their close bond of friendship that I just love reading, not to mention watching them grow up is fun too.

I think Tonks was my favourite character in book 5. She so fascinating wiht the morph thing and all! My all time fav is Lupin though. What a genuine guy! Deserves liberation from stupid racial anti-werewolf laws! Vote for Lupins freedom.

Sirius's animagus skills r the most pratical! A dog is less easily seen and is not nature to certain countries like a stag for instance

lets face it all the characters are good in their own right! Jk is just great at biulding up character. Even Mrs Figg had a great character and she's not mentioned a lot!

I voted Professor McGonagall. It was tough because of course I like Harry since he's the hero, also I like Sirius, Hermione + Remus Lupin.
But I chose Professor McGonagall because she's smart, strict, professional, loyal, caring, has control of her class, is respectful, stands up for what she believes in and seems to have many hidden depths.
