What makes you think Professor Vector is a her? Anyway, yes... (assuming that she is a she)... she teaches Arithmancy, the magical subject of the numbers (or something like that)

Flitwick: Charms
Trelawney: former Divination (possibly coming back?)
Firenze: Divination
Sinistra: Astronomy
Vector: Arithmancy
Muggle Studies: ?
Ancient Runes: ?
Hagrid: Gamekeeper, Care of Magical Creatures
Grubbly-Plank: frequent Care of Magical Creatures substitute
Madam Pomfrey: nurse
Filch: caretaker
Madam Pince: librarian
Madam Hooch: flying, Quidditch referree

As far as I know, Sinistra is the Latin word for Sinister. But could she be a DE?

Isn´t Sinistra Head of Ravenclaw house? i´m pretty sure I read something about that in one of the books...[/list]

might just be my imagination, but i sure thought Flitwick was head of Ravenclaw... or maybe i just assumed it. I feel almost certain that he was in Ravenclaw... dunno... He seems to exhibit the qualities Ravenclaw are known for... well, that and hufflepuff, but we already know Sprout is head of hufflepuff. would be weird, though, that one of the teachers we know the least about is head of one of the houses. I think that's the reason I assumed it was Flitwick... he was the only other teacher we've known well from the very beginning who has stayed on at Hogwarts and who wasn't expelled.

well, I´m pretty sure I´ve read in one of the books that Sinistra was head of Ravenclaw... The problem is I can´t remember were I read it...

Hm, I believe Flitwick is the head of Ravenclaw...
About Vector: In one of the earlier books someone, I think it was Hermione, said something about "the Arithmancy witch"

According to the Harry Potter Lexicon, Flitwick is head of Ravenclaw. However, they don't have any reference to the books... You might want to search it (or not!)
