Attention witches and wizards, I have just learned that dilkerani was under some sort of mind control spell, which led her to try and rob this bank. I've already sent an owl to the Ministry of Magic so they can conduct an investigation. As manager of this bank I absolve dilkerani of the wrongs done against this bank but as for those individuals who were turned into transfigured it's up to you to forgive her or not.

phew, I'm exausted.
