Gower, that's Spanish :)

It's kind of pathetic that a Chinese girl can speak Spanish almost fluently and can read Don Quixote in Spanish but can barely speak Chinese and is illiterate in Chinese too . . . *sigh*

Sorry if I'll seem arrogant to you, but I think you don't speak portuguese very well... ( Sorry, sorry, sorry  )

I'd say you should have written: E ai cara? Beleza? Estou falando em português. (Hey people. Sup? I am talking in portuguese)

(I know, for an American, it sure is strange that thing about verbs, but that's the way it is... you must conjugate them...)

Sorry again...

Ok, don't think I'm crazy (I am, but DON'T think that, ok? ). I'll tell you:

I know the greek alphabet. and I found some letters way too similar. I thought: they must be read equaly (like the П, Г, Р, Л and Д). Then, I was seeing TV (Euronews) and I saw the forecast weather. Then I saw words like Ст. Петербург (or something similar). Cause I know it would mean St. Petersburg, And I knew the sounds of some letters, I foudn the sounds of the others. I also see other city's names and I found out more sounds...

Jotomicron, I totally like your approach to languages! And yes, you are right, Greek letters are very similar, that's why when some-one tells me that Russian letters are so difficult I say: Don't you know Greek letters? Didn't you have Maths or Physics at school?

Gower, do you want me to teach you some more words? For example, "spasibo" should be an easy one, it means "thank you"
