actually, growing up with the dursleys would've helped harry turn evil if he hung out with draco b/c he would've hated muggles even more. Like tom riddle, having had muggles treat him badly and betrayed my muggles would've enhanced this hatred for muggles. Of course, i believe itz harry's personality that brought him out of slytherin.
