Cheers Broccoli, chocobo (again) & ermintrude2003.

ermintrude2003 - the upgrade is separate to what I've got in mind about Quidditch. The Quidditch thing is likely to be very far off really. The upgrade is partly a more modern look for the forum plus it'll give extra functions like the ability to place polls, a much better search facility and a few other sparkly things.

Gotta admit though that I'm getting more scared all the time about the upgrade itself - after finding out about the guy who lost his entire forum, I've been reading more and more stuff about people having extreme problems with getting it to work. Still hoping to get it done (and whatever happens I'll do multiple backups so restoration will be possible) but I'm really wondering at the moment whether it's more wise to delay a bit until the process of upgrading is smoothed out a little. I'll be making a definate decision by friday/saturday...I'll probably go for it, but been worrying for days about it!

Thanks for the good luck wishes  you reach Fully Qualified Witch or Wizard status after 125 posts, although your "special rank" overrides this currently.
