Un-Harry Potter fanfiction?

Can we make fan fiction that is not Harry Potter related. If so i have a Zelda fanfic and a GW or two....of course one of them I will warn you has Yaoi... If you do not know what this means it means Guay on Guy relationships.... and my Yaoi fanfics are usually rated NC-17 or R it depends. So i thought i would ask permission first.

Thanks for asking G-S. Nothing against the type of relationships at all (personal view=each to their own choice as long as of consential age and no-one is hurt or abused in any way), but a Zelda or Gundam Wing fanfic would be a bit off-topic and out of place in a Harry Potter fanfic area. Unless, of course, you can incorporate some Harry Potter stuff in with the fic (like King Kong meets Godzilla), but I don't know anything about Zelda or Gundam Wing, so wouldn't know if that would be possible.

Regarding the rating, a subject line including the rating may be adequate, and possible editing of some words. It does depend on overall content though, so if you can do a HP meets GW or Zelda fanfic, it's possibly best to leave out any explicitly s*xual scenes.

seconding paul's motion, unless you can tie in HP, zelda and gw threads should be saved for other forums seeing as how this forum is about HP, and about the rating, anything that anyone could find offensive, even if it is not my views, such as MM scences, could be questionable material, as there is a related topic in the mod forum, and we have younger viewers of this forum, i might be forced to delete it, or send it to the furnace for review

Damn, I understand its just, I wish I could post some here, I mean everytime I join an Anime forum or a Zelda forum to put my fics up...it always says page cannot be displayed..and I cant send any of my works!

There's now a forum area here at BaO where you can share your own non-Harry Potter writing. You can use it for fan fiction youve written, or your own totally original writings. It's at the Other Fan Fiction and Writing forum area. Enjoy!
