My big brother just bought me harry potter and the chamber of secrets video game for the nintendo gamecube and i'm getting a bit addicted to it!

Does anyone else have the same game? I think it's the same for the other consoles and pc aswell.

Anyway, i'm up to the flying bit, i've just won my first quidditch match and now i'm flying aorund hogwarts grounds. Weeeeeeee!

i have helped my litle sister with her play station one...not sure which play station she has though...but we got as far as this big tree you have to climb half way through the spiders and got stuck cos we keep falling off and killing harry and getting put back to the start of the spiders and i cant do the spiders cos i just go to pieces completely when they appear.....

im terrified of spiders.....lol

oh btw the versions are different i think cos we accidently confused someone who we were talking to at the time who was playing a different version...lol

I'm just about to start the 'follow the spiders' bit. I don't like the spiders either, especially when the try to eat me and that horrible little squealey noise they make when you flippendo them! Awww, i feel a bit sorry for them now.

i dont feel sorry for them...but i do go to pieces....the spiders are the only creatures in the game that suzy is better at fighting than me...cos normally she leaves all the fighty scary bits to me...but she has to do the spiders cos every time i encounter one i get killed.....cant do it...i just lose the ability to make harry fight....

How do I get pass all those prefects to get to the restricted section? There were only 2 in the first room. A lot more in the 2nd. Stink pellets does't seem to work. Where should I wall-sneak if necessary?

you what?? i dont remember that bit...but i think my sister may have done that.....

fun once you manage to beat myrtle though and get to change into goyle or maybe crabbe cos he is forever falling over the sides of paths and disapearing into endless darkness....got a bit vindictive at one point and made him jump off the edge several times....

Tee hee! I got vindictive too! I made Goyle walk in to prefects to make him lose house points!

Cougarman - It took me ages! Have you tried using the luminous balloons? They're quite good, if you get caught the prefects get confused so you can make a run for it. Another thing you are meant to be able to do but i can't is to backfire the prefects spells with the expelliarmus. I think i got through on about my 100th attempt by just running and hoping for the best!

Thanks. I got past after a few attempts. Getting away from the Slytherins in the dungeon was tough too but I got out.

I'm now up to Playing the Ravenclaws. I lost twice. I didn't save it.

Oh one thing. How come Hufflepuffs are purple?
