Hello,
Well I know for a fact she intends to wrte an encyclopedia, but it's release date is unknown. She is also selling 'Tales of Beedle the Bard' as a book, and it will be in all stores, check MuggleNet for it's release date.
I'm not sure she will write anymore concering the 'Golden Trio' but that doesn't mean she wont

Beedle the Bard is coming out on December 4, 2008.

Actually, Riley, it's not a fact that she's writing an encyclopedia. I believe she said there's a strong possibility, but it's not guaranteed.

hmm, all the sources i've gone to say that she is not writing anymore harry potter books other than beedle the bard and possibly the encyclopedia. i myself think a third book would ruin the series's effect. the point is to follow harry throughout his school years, and now that he's finished, there isn't really a point.

But what would the plot be? Harry's kids aren't the "chosen ones". What would happen?

hprocks, if you're looking for stories about Harry's kids, I'd suggest looking in the Deathly Hallows Fan Fic Section or Harry Potter Fan Fiction There are plenty of stories that other people (including me!) have written about Harry's kids. It's definitely helped me with my Potter withdrawal. Plus there are stories about the Marauders, the Trio, the Founders, and loads of other ones, too.
