The escaped prisoners from Level 5 take over a bank, and its customers hostage. They know that Noah will be sent, and intend to attack Noah when he arrives. Noah is told by Angela that his new partner will be Sylar. Angela says he is the perfect partner - he's been misunderstood - he just needs structure and Noah is the perfect person to give him that.
Claire has decided not to go to school, and yo to stop trying for her life to be normal. She wants to do something to fight the bad people out there in the world. Her biological mother agrees to help her learn how to fight
In Africa, Parkman's newly found African friend explains that he has been painting Parkman since being a boy. Paintings of Parkman's life are on rocks all around. One painting Parkman doesn't recognise though - one of him, a blonde lady and a baby. This was his future but it has changed explains the African, who paints it out, exhibiting the white eyes that Isaac used to display.
Angela explains to Sylar that his murders aren't his fault, it's his ability - a hunger a he can't control, but they're going to change that.
Inside, the bank, the escapees have figured out that Jessie isn't Jessie any more. Peter explains someone put him in this body against his will. Meanwhile, outside, Noah tells Sylar not to go anywhere near the buffet in there, and proceeds inside alone.
Tracy meets Nikkis son, Micah who asks if she has a power like his mom. Micah uses his ability to talk to machines to find that both Tracy and Nikki had a Dr Zimmerman present at their birth
Hiro, Ando and Daphne have followed the Haitian to a cinema, where the Haitian is transferring the second half of the formula. Ando knocks the Haitain out and they take his briefcase, but Daphne swipes it from them and speeds off just as the Haitian wakes up, stopping Hiro from teleporting after her.
Noah is sat down by the escapees. One of them, Knox, says it's his own turn now to be judge, jury and executioner. Peter tells Knox he can walk away free but Knox tells him to shut up. Peter shouts back that no-one dies today, at which point the furniture flies away from the power of his voice. Realising what Jessie's power is, Peter shouts again, but time freezes. Future-Peter arrives, pushes Peter from Jessie's body, and takes him to show him how much trouble the world is in. The escapees including Jessie are about to get nasty at Noah but Sylar arrives and stops them.
Claire's biological mother heats up a closed garage to a point that Claire can hardly breath inside. She asks why Claire wants to get bad guys. With almost no breath left in her body, Claire explains she wants to hurt Sylar for what he did.
Inside the bank, Noah and Sylar have taken control, Sylar's hunger gets the better of him though, and he slits Jessie's head open to take his power.
Back at Claire's house, Claire agrees to just be a 17 year old girl for a while, but looks over at a Primatech box.
Parkman's new friend finishes his painting - it's of the blonde lady being held by Parkman who looks in real distress - I think she's dead. Later Parkman takes some food, puts on the African's headphones and his own eyes turn white.
Tracy arrives at the house of Dr Zimmerman, who says he created her.
Claire leaves home for a Cheerleader sleepover retreat, carrying the Primatech box in her car.
At level 5, Noah tells the Haitian that when he finds Sylar's weakness he'll kill him.

Oh my gosh - okies, I know Angela may know more about potential futures than we do but what on earth was she doing "feeding" poor Bridget to Sylar?
. There may be the excuse of hunger for Sylar but can anything excuse Angela? I guess the one possible mitigating feature is that we don't know anything about Bridget....could she have been a bad'un herself?I loved the way Sylar took over from the regular police on arrival at the bank with his FBI routine. Hee hee - even ordering specifically Decaf coffee. A nice insight into his more human side her but he did it again though - a few glimpses of humanity and then he slits another head open. Was there almost remorse at the end though when he said to Angela "I guess you were wrong about me"?
I'm very intrigued at Dr Zimmerman having "created" Tracy and Nicky....does this mean that all the Heroes are "created" or are Nicky and Tracy special...is Dr Zimmerman a freelancer acting independantly of the Primatech folk? And talking of Primatectech, what's in that box of Claire's?
