I won the Book Tour Sweepstakes with Scholastic!!!!! :grin: I get to go hear J.K. Rowling read part of Deathly Hallows at Carnagie Hall in NYC!!!! :grin: And I get a signed copy of DH!!!! :jump:

It's on October 19th at 7pm!!!!!!! This is so cool! :jump: :jump:

I called the Scholastic people today because the information still hasn't gotten here. They said it should arrive this week. :D

And I asked how long it would be and they said at least until 10 because of the signing. I'm assuming that means JKR will be signing the books in front of us so I get to meet her!!! :grin: :double jump:

I got all the info and sent it out the affidavit. :D The lady who notarized it was jealous. She also loves HP.

Only thing left to do now is book the limo to take us down there. My mom doesn't want to drive. Since it's only 2 of us, we won't be getting a real limo, we're getting a Cadillac sedan.

It was awesome!!! One of the best days of my life! :grin: I posted a huge long post including all the questions and answers in the DH section for those who want to read it. Also pics of the book are there too! :D

JKR is awesome. She's got a great sense of humor and seemed so confident up there, but I'm sure she was nervous. I would have been! She did a great job reading the book.
