When did you get the new book?

Which one is your favorite so far. Are they getting even better as the characters develop over time?

I just got it Saturday!!! I dressed up and everything. As I was waiting on line I saw a group of cameras coming over to talk to the HP fans but they never got around to me. :( I'm shy anyways so Idk what i'd really say but when I saw a video about the lines and fans for HP I regretted not standing up to be a part of that.

Here is the video I found. I would of been funnier than these guys. :)

We reserved ours way back in February, and went to the bookstore in the afternoon on Friday to get a bracelet to claim the book. The store did the bracelets by letter (A got books first, then B, etc). We got F. We went to the store dressed up, it was so much fun! It was very well organized and the line went fast. We had our book by 12:40 and were home by 1am. :D

There weren't very many news crews at the book store. I didn't see any. But the newspaper must have been there, because there was an article in the paper about it, but I didn't see them there.

One of my neighbors actually works at a TV station, and she told them about us dressing up and being such HP fans. She told my mom that the station might be interested in interviewing us if they have a slow news day! :) They would have interviewed us if they knew about us before the book came out.

I reserved mine back in April at a bookstore called Dymocks (in australia). I rocked up on saturday at 9am and there was no one there! I got my book instantly and it was finished at 12.40 that night

I was coming home from a 4-12 shift in Toronto and dropped by the Indigo Bookstore at 12:30 and finally got the book (which was preordered) 5 minutes before they closed at 1:00AM. However, I didn't start reading it til Sunday, and I finished it last night at 12:00AM :)

I couldn't go to any midnight things as I have 5 kids but my brother works at a grocery store that got them in at midnight and he snagged me one, but I couldn't get my hands on it til Sunday afternoon. I was done reading it by Monday morning, lol.

I went at half past twelve in the afternoon, coz I had already pre booked my copy, and then I started at two o'clock and finished at twelve thirty the next morning, with lots of stretching breaks inbetween.

I got my book at the midnight party on friday. I was home by two am saturday and read from then until 3-ish that next afternoon, at which time I was done with it.
I didn't even stop to pee; needless to say, I really had to go when I was done.

I just had my book pre-ordered so it was delievered to me on the day it was released :)

Those party things that some got to go to on the release of the book seemed very cool but I don't think there was any too near where I am anyway.........
