Which one is your favorite so far. Are they getting even better as the characters develop over time?

For a while now I've been thinking that RAB stands for some sort of association and not a person and it occured to me last night whatb it could be...

I really like this theory! I think it's very plausible. Especially since when you see initials like R.A.B., you automatically think it's a person. It seems like something JKR would do, make you think it's something and then have it be something totally different.

That is a great theory, but like Run Away, I think the note implies it's an individuals initials.

good theory, but with a flaw. the note says, I know I'll be long dead before you read this....

It sounds better like that. It could be refering to the one person who figured it out or wrote the note or something but the entire association could have helped. Or it could be the "communal 'we'"

It probably was one person sent by the association so he/she referred to him/herself as
I in the note.

If somebody was writing for the association they would probably refer to it as 'them' not 'I'. I think its one person.
