plz only post in this topic theories that there is evidence for.

here are mine.

fleur delecuer will be the next defence against the dark arts teacher.
evidence: she says in hp4 that she will be getting a job in england and jk herself says that there will be a female defence against the dark arts teacher.

hagrid will die in book 5 (i hope not)
evidence: the guy who plays hagrid has a contract for 5 films but most of the rest of the cast are for 7 films.

mrs figg (batty old lady who lives near harry) is harry's secret keeper.
evidence: someone with the name figg (i think it's her) is one of the people who dumbledore asks sirius to tell about the situation.

plz post yours remember to give evidence

Why would Harry need a secret-keeper? I don't remember this being mentioned anywhere...

I'm guessing that the thought would be to hid him whilst he's with the Dursleys, but the book says that he's protected whilst he's in their care, not hidden???

that's what i reckoned anyway i am almost sure that the 2 mrs figgs are the same and are helping to protect harry.

The two Mrs. Figg are the same, Jo has already confired it. But I don't think she will be here secret -keeper, I think that he does not have one, because he really doesn't need it, the ancient magic that prtotects Harry at Privet should be another thing (I believe this based in Jo's creativity)

just had another theory:

dumbledore is somehow connected with the dark side.
evidence: that glint of triumph harry thought he saw in dumbledore's eyes when hewas told of the dark lord's rebirth

Nah, I really don't think that Dumbledore is going to turn out to be in with the Dark Side... I think that the glint of riumph will become aparent later, maybe in 6 or 7, because the fact that he has Harry's blood, or is now able to touch Harry will somehow connect to how Harry defeats him in the end...

Dumbledore's just been a good guy for too long now... I mean, it was okay when Moody turned out to be the bad guy for 2 reasons, i, he wasn't prominent before hand, ie, it was the first book that he was in, and 2, it wasn't him anyways... it was barty crouch, so moody is still a good guy... if Dumbledore turned out to be a bad guy now, it would jsut all loose something...

I have heard that same thing said many times. But now that I think about it maybe Voldie is so scared of DD because is more evil then he is?

Yeha, but it's not like there are multpile factions of the bad guys here... they are all together.. Don't you think that if B was bad too, then he's be on the same side as Voldie...

But sitll, I just can't see it happening...
It would be like Harry joining the Dark side...

Your right about there out to do the something and would be working together. Pus I just don't see DD being bad. He is that wise old man that knows everything and guides you through life, he just cant be bad. But I would really like to know why he had that gleam in his eye :???:

but most of these theories already have threads here....

and the contract length thing isnt evidence....the person who plays wood isnt in movie three but he is in book 3 for instance....

they will prob do like the other two movies, and just have one match, against Slytherin, and cram all the important things that are supposed to happen into it???

Or maybe they'll just take clips from the previous two movie and comile them. Would be disappointing but better than no Quidditch at all!

But she hasn't been in any of the Quiddich match scenes (in the movies) ... they have all been Griffindor vs Slytherin.. and she's in Ravenclaw???
