well if you can make one or you can show Paul some emoticons that give permission for them to be used then I'm sure he would add them. But they must give the correct permissions to be used, hes not gonna take random emotes you found online.

All smileys are assumed public domain. If you recognize a smiley you created and don't want it to be part of this repository, please inform us.

They haven't checked whether they are allowed to even post them online nevermind give them out free, they are just hoping non of the creators spots it and asks to have them removed. Basically thats art theft because emotes are art too.
