Can't say I can really think of even one case... it doesn't come up too much here, but of course they'll be tested regularly.

Wendell Sailor, an ex-australian rugby union and league player, got banned last year... all I can think of.

The Wallabies are very good, just not as good as the AB's!

After last year... dunno if I'd call them very good  .

Knowing them they'll probably bounce back and win the World Cup though...

Yes well, overall they are very good, and the AB's best competition aside from the Springboks perhaps. And you never can be too certain, I never even expected England's victory last time!

In the 1970's, the Indian Football team was DQed from the World-Cup Final for not wearing shoes!

Mmm... Graham Henry labelled South Africa the team he thought is our biggest threat. I'm inclined to think our biggest threat will always be Australia, no matter how good or bad they are at the time.

I agree, there are always good and bad years for every team, and overall I think the Wallabies are the biggest competition just because we are so competitive between each other, and then it would be the Springboks. So what are people's favourite All Blacks? Mines Joe Rocokoko (sp?) and then Ritchie McCaw (for obvious reasons :P)

In the 1970's, the Indian Football team was DQed from the World-Cup Final for not wearing shoes!

Ok.. I don't care! This is a random fact that has absolutely nothing to do with what was being said at all.

Really? You'd think if they'd made the World Cup Final, they'd have plenty of shoes to choose from.

PITA's from New Zealand and we were talking about it so that makes it on topic. We were also talking about football.

This sprang from a conversation on rugby, our national game. So on-topic.

PITA's from New Zealand and we were talking about it so that makes it on topic. We were also talking about football.

Haha, I wouldn't quite go that far. By that reckoning you could open up a Britain thread and spam it...

But anyway. The sport-talk has relevance to the country.

Rugby has relevance to NZ so thats why we were talking about it, but you don't just randomly post something about football like "In the 1970's, the Indian Football team was DQed from the World-Cup Final for not wearing shoes!" when the last 10 posts have been about rugby alone!!!!!

And back to my question, which was so rudely not answered by anyone when somebody spammed, who are peoples favourite All Blacks? If you are not from New Zealand and you don't know any AB's than why are you even reading this thread

Ahem, deep breaths...

Yeah, well I'm a fan and recognise the fact that the current All Blacks team is amazing... But as individual players I'm just not nearly as much as a fan of them as I was with Mehrtens, Marshall, Cullen, Wilson... etc.
