Broomsticks And Owls

This is kind of kike the two word story, but with poetry. Every post you add a verse. I think that it will be a lot easier to get it this way. There is no rythm or rhyme scheme. Just posting.
Here's the first line:

Waves are beating against the ocean as I stare out at it under a setting sun
