That is a very very good point.
100% Voldemort
50% horcrux, 50% Voldemort
25% horcrux, 25% Voldemort
12.5% horcrux, 12.5% Voldemort
Progress so far: 3 horcruxes and 12.5% of the original soul remains.
6.25% horcrux, 6.25% Voldemort
3.125% horcrux, 3.125% Voldemort
1.5625% horcrux, 1.5625% Voldemort remaining after six horcruxes have been made. Half it again for seven, although I think personally you cannot go deeper down than that - 0.78125% is too small - and this gives birth to my theory that in order to defeat Voldemort he'll have to get him to create another horcrux.
This is all that would remain of Voldemort. Do you think what we know read of Voldemort is only 1.5625% of his original self? Because assuming when horcruxes are made they are split in half each time - those figures cannot be denied.
The Sizes of Lord Voldemort: (From biggest to smallest)
The First Horcrux: 50%
The Second Horcrux: 25%
The Third Horcrux: 12.5%
The Fourth Horcrux: 6.25%
The Fifth Horcrux: 3.125%
The Sixth Horcrux: 1.5625%
The Walking and Talking Voldemort: 1.5625%
Added Total: 100%

But remember we can put some names to some of the horcruxes because we have knowledge of them and the chronology that he made them in.
Therefore the First Horcrux, which we know is the Diary, has already been destroyed, and so we can be mostly sure that MORE than 50% of Voldemort's soul has been destroyed, because of course Dumbledore took one down at well - and because the ring was probably one of the first early horcruxes and could even have been the second, there is a chance that 75% of his soul is already destroyed (Assuming that the ring was created second).
